Service Description

We provide prepaid Wi-Fi internet access through vouchers. Access is granted based on the package purchased, which may be limited by time, speed, data volume, and number of devices.

Service Access & Vouchers

  • Access to the Service is granted via a purchased voucher. Each voucher is valid for the specific duration, data limit, and number of devices indicated at the time of purchase.
  • The validity period begins from the moment of first activation/login. Once the time duration or data limit is reached (whichever comes first), the connection will automatically terminate. Unused time or data does not roll over and will not be refunded.
  • All vouchers have a shelf-life. If a voucher is not activated/used within 10 days of purchase, it will expire and become invalid. No refunds or replacements are provided for expired, unused vouchers.

Fair Usage Policy (Unlimited Packages)

Unlimited packages are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure quality service for all users. Speeds may be managed during congestion. Excessive or abnormal usage may result in reduced speeds or disconnection.

Device Limits & Sharing

  • Each package allows a maximum number of devices as stated.
  • Sharing vouchers beyond the allowed devices is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to block or suspend accounts abusing device limits or attempting resale.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Service to download or distribute copyrighted material (piracy) or perform any other illegal activities.
  • Accessing or distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Engaging in activities that interfere with the Service’s performance or other users’ access (e.g., hacking, spreading viruses or malware, or spamming).
  • Reselling the Service or bandwidth to third parties.

Network Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous internet access and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the service is available at all times. However, network availability, speed, and performance cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as congestion, maintenance, power outages, weather conditions, equipment failure, or issues with upstream service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or reduced performance.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for expired or unused vouchers, poor signal, incompatible devices, or user error.

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to block any device or cancel any voucher without a refund if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
